The room key didn't work upon arrival, frustrating. I also found the floor disgustingly dirty. To top it off, the supposed swimming pool was closed for repairs, despite it being one of the main reasons I booked a stay here.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room is pet-friendly with good ac, also they can offer wake-up service. Exceptionally nice staff and very pretty location make it a great choice!

Left much to be desired. It wasn't very clean, and there were noticeable maintenance issues, like a non-draining sink and broken appliances. The staff members were friendly and accommodating were good.
